How do I pay for my order?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express through our secure payment gateway.

Personalizing

What file type does my logo need to be?

PNG is our preferred format but you can upload JPEG as well.

What do the ‘Personalize With’ options mean?

Is it easy to personalize the same award for multiple winners and award details?

Absolutely, we have custom-built a feature just for this, simplifying the process for you. Click here to see how simple it is.

I made a mistake with the text on an award I ordered. Can I change it?

You can, but we move quickly so you’ll have to as well. To get your order to you as soon as possible there is an hour window to amend any mistakes, please click here to contact us. (Please note this might delay your order by a day or 2.)

Can you deliver to me?

From Sea to Sea, we deliver your awards and trophies to any province!

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery costs will be calculated during checkout. Add some trophies to your cart, design them the way you want to, and see the delivery costs upfront.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We act fast on all orders placed, please see our order to dispatch dates here.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, we will send you a tracking number once your goods have been dispatched.

My award got damaged in the post. Help!

We do all we can to ensure your goods are protected and well packed, but even the best laid out plan can have a hiccup. Please click here to contact us or email cs@trophymade.com if your award isn’t up to scratch.
