TrophyMaker is our simple online tool to help you customize your trophies and awards. Choose your style, upload your club or corporate logo, add text, edit the details and decide how it should look. Get a real-time preview of your design, approve it immediately, and place your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Mastercard and Visa through our secure payment gateway.
Can I return my order?

What file type does my logo need to be?
PNG is our preferred format but you can upload JPEG as well.
What do the ‘Personalize With’ options mean?

I made a mistake with the text on an award I ordered. Can I change it?
You can, but we move quickly so you’ll have to as well. To get your order to you as soon as possible there is an hour window to amend any mistakes, please click here to contact us. (Please note this might delay your order by a day or 2.)
Can you deliver to me?
From east to west and everywhere in between, we’ll deliver all over Canada. *excluding: Northwest Territories and Nunavut
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery costs will be calculated during checkout. Add some trophies to your cart, design them the way you want to, and see the delivery costs upfront.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We act fast on all orders placed, please see our order to dispatch dates here.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely, we will send you a tracking number once your goods have been despatched.
My award got damaged in the post. Help!
